Pre-Order Details:

  • Pre-Order Timeframe: Items are available for pre-order and will be produced once the pre-order period ends. This ensures sustainable production and reduces waste.

  • Estimated Production Time: 6-8 weeks from the end of the pre-order period.

  1. Delivery Options:

    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after production is complete.

    • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days after production is complete.

    • International Shipping: 7-14 business days after production is complete.

  2. Shipping Rates:

    • Standard Shipping: $7.99

    • Express Shipping: $15.99

    • International Shipping: Calculated at checkout

  3. Order Updates:

    • You will receive an email notification when your pre-order is in production, and another when it has shipped, including a tracking number.

  4. Order Tracking:

    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  5. Shipping Restrictions:

    • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  6. Customs and Duties:

    • International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

      Returns and Exchanges

      We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

        • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

        • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

      2. Pre-Order Items:

        • Given the nature of our pre-order system, we do not offer refunds on pre-order items. Instead, we provide exchanges.

      3. Process:

        • Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item(s).

      4. Shipping:

        • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

        • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

      5. Refunds and Store Credit:

        • After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

        • Approved returns will be processed, and a store credit will be issued within 7 business days.

        • Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
